Happy December 1st! Anyone else so excited for this Christmas season! I love this time of year. The coziness of a warm fire while watching a Christmas movie. Putting out all the colorful decorations that raise our Christmas spirit. Spending time with friends and family while celebrating the most beautiful gift there is. I love it all. What are some of your favorite cozy traditions? Whatever they may be, I have just the thing to double that warm and fuzzy feeling!

A Christmas Tree Garland! It's so easy to make and super cute! You can also make little ornaments with them too. They make a sweet little gift or are a way to add a little more Christmas cheer to your home. Either way, it makes a fun and festive craft for a cold afternoon inside!
What You Need:
Yarn, Beads, Scissors, a Hot Glue Gun, and Twine
Step One:
Wrap yarn around three fingers to desired thickness. Amount of times needed to wrap around may vary depending on how thick the yarn is. Then cut the yarn and gently slide off your hand, making sure it keeps his circular shape.
Step Two:
Cut a piece of yarn about 5 inches long and place through the circle of yarn. Then knot it tightly. Cut the circle so that the yarn is now hanging from the knot. Then repeat once.
Step Three:
Once first two layers of the tree are made, make the final layer or the top. Repeat step one, then this time place the circular bunch of yarn on top of the 5inch long piece of yarn. Tie a knot around the bunch leaving only a little bit of yarn above the knot. Then cut the circle of yarn so that the yarn is hanging.
Step Four:
Now that you have all three layers of the Christmas Tree (two body layers and one top layer) you're going to glue them together using a hot glue gun starting with the bottom layer. Stack them so that they are overlapping, but all layers are still visible.
Step Five:
Glue beads to your tree to look like ornaments, you can even give your tree a topper like I did! Then string together all trees made with some festive twine through the tops. Tieing it to the end of bobby pin made this easier. And then your garland is already to hang!
I hope you give this garland a try and have a very Merry Christmas month!
